the room we had included coffee/tea making machines, a seating area, and a writing desk. the location was top and marvellous for samarkand, just off the registan. we stopped by blues cafe for coffee and treats, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

stayed at a hotel in samarkand, and this visit to arka was exceptional. spacious rooms, friendly staff who go above and beyond, and delicious breakfast. the hotel's new but well-designed, with great recommendations for local food spots too.
